Pistol 0 is designed for the beginner. This course will cover firearms safety, proper storage of firearms and ammunition, basic care and maintenance, fundamentals of marksmanship, introduction to martial firearms handling, loading and unloading, introduction to a defensive mindset, and more. As it's name implies, Pistol 0 is not meant to be a stand-alone defensive class, but rather a starting point to bring a new shooter up to speed, get them comfortable, and prepare them for Pistol 1 and beyond.
 
Where:
The locations of our classes are noted in the "Date" selection menu. Addresses to the venues at which we regularly teach can be found beneath the "What To Bring" list on this page. In the event that we hold a class at a venue that is not on our list, we will provide the venue's address via email.
 
When:
Unless otherwise stated, instruction will begin at 9am and end at about 5pm on their respective dates. We recommend that students arrive a little early in order to check in and sign waivers prior to the beginning of instruction.
 
If you are purchasing multiple spots in a class, please be sure to add all participants' names when adding to cart as you wish them to be presented on the certificates.
 
 
*Pursuant to West Virginia code §61-7-4(e)(3), Pistol 0 meets all requirements for the mandatory training to obtain a Concealed Handgun License.
